I do want to be honest about my experience here as well. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I’ve been given so much time to do so. While I know businesses can have busy days and off days, it has tended to be like this the few times I’ve visited. I wasn’t seen until an hour after my appointment time. The front desk didn’t really seem to be apologetic about it, or have a happy demeanor to them. That’s not the biggest deal in the world, as many doctor’s offices are like that, but still it’s something I note each visit. The doctor herself, I believe Karen, was very kind - I enjoyed her informational and understanding tone! But one of the biggest inconveniences for me is just getting there. Today was my very 1st visit at this office, and I must say "So far, so good 👍" Everyone was kind, professional, expedient and knowledgeable. I definitely have a new OB/GYN and plan to continue being a patient as long as they'll continue to treat me with the kindness, empathy and grace they demonstrated today. They are an A+ facility for everything that matters. Thank you All! 😊 🙏 Ps. The return calls lightning fast as well (Just had to throw that out there!)

I’ve been seeing Dr. Urso and she has been fabulous. Great and attentive. Originally saw her at the Hemet Hospital and took me over as a regular after my hospital stay, which was great because no other OBGYN in my area would take me, with being how far along I am (had to move). Anyways - I have never had any issues with the rooms or the staff. Everyone has been super friendly and great in general. It does take a bit long to get through to them on the phone, but this practice is a busy one, so it makes sense! Really not a big deal. I have been here many times and only had to wait long once and that was my fault because I was late. Again - not the staffs fault - it was 100% my fault. I was a first time patient to this clinic I was scheduled a lot faster then I expected . The MA who took me back was very pleasant.

Dr. Nihira is a spectacular Doctor. We are so grateful for his knowledge, and the help he has given our mom. Highly recommend him. The staff is very kind and friendly.
