I had my thumb operated on and Dr Franzen is the most qualified, kind, man I’ve had in a while. He explained everything to me in laymen terms as well as checking on my while I was being prepped for surgery. It was my first operation and I felt comfortable even though it was scary.

Dr Frenzen performed carpal tunnel release on both of my hands (2 separate surgeries about 8 weeks apart). My appointments with him were very friendly and I felt he had an excellent "bed-side" manner. He was able to schedule the surgeries very quickly and the actual procedures were very quick. It's been 4-6 months since both surgeries and I am very happy with the results!

I've had two carpal tunnel releases, elbow surgery, trigger finger surgery and the cortisone shot for another trigger finger. My husband had several fingers released. We have always had GREAT care from Dr. Frenzen, who is cheerful, understanding and always pleasant. For my carpal tunnel releases he's even let me watch (it's arthroscopic so you watch on a TV screen) which was very cool.

(I'm enrolled in Medicare, with Aetna supplemental.) I got an appointment in less than two weeks. Was seen right on time. Review of medical history with staff. X-rays. A short time later, Seth explained what he saw on x-rays, examined my knee, then efficiently and clearly outlined my options. Every staff member was warm, professional, and efficient. In every way, a positive experience.
