Service Pharmacy

Used to be amazing. Last 6 months, you can call and speak to 3 different people and get 3 different answers. One will say your script is ready, one will say it's not there, one will say it needs something. They do not communicate or provide answers thay are clear. They will pass blame and getting medications through them during these last 6 months has been an absolute nightmare. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.

I love the hometown/family feel of the pharmacy. John is great...I wish I could say the same about the other pharmacist who works there as well... last name Treen. She is very rude, unhelpful, and if you dare ask a question she is snippy and always right. If you try to explain she's just more rude and shuts you down with her attitude of she is right and you don't know what you are talking about. It is unfortunate she has to be this way when customers come in not always feeling well for their meds, and to be treated that way. I have been a customer there since 1992 and never before her employ treated this way. I don't want to consider moving my business elsewhere but, she is just not a customer service kind of a person.

Love this local pharmacy. John and his staff are reliable and I trust them. Rather take a 4 mile round trip for my scrips than a 40 mile one, especially at $5 a gallon for gas.

These days I am forced to go through mail pharmaceutical services. Before that we used Service Pharmacy. Great staff who actually know who you are and will answer all your questions. I miss that type of service.
