Serra Mesa Smiles

First time visiting Serra Mesa Smiles, where I knew it was going to be a pleasant experience. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with enthusiasm from the beautiful receptionist Paloma whom assisted me with my new patient forms. The doctor Helen Moreno came to introduce herself and also introduced Dr. Nick to me. Very impressed with the facility and great welcoming environment of the staff my tooth was worked on and I never felt a discomfort and I was out quickly. Excellent job and staff! Thank you

we had such an amazing experience at serra smiles dentist the staff is genuinely friendly welcoming and professional from the moment we walked in they made us feel comfortable and taken care of i brought my kids ages 4 and 9 and they actually love coming here which says everything the team was so patient kind and great at explaining things in a way that felt calm and reassuring the office is spotless and organized the parking is easy and the whole visit felt smooth from check in to check out if you want a dental office that treats you like family and makes kids feel safe and happy this is the place i recommend serra smiles without hesitation

Dr. Moreno and her staff ALWAYS provide the best care. Whether you are going in for regular scheduled care or an emergency need they take the time to listen, make sure you leave feeling 100% satisfied and don’t gouge your wallet with unnecessary work. I searched long and hard for a dentist I could trust in San Diego after traveling to OC because honest, trustworthy but still very competent dentists are very hard to find. Dr. Moreno and her entire office, from Paloma at the front to her hygienists are one of the best out there!

I am SO happy I found this place! I came because they use GBT (guided biofilm therapy), which is a newer technology for cleaning teeth. No more of that scraping tool or weird little sandpaper drill thingy. This technology left my teeth soooo clean, without the discomfort. The entire team was amazing, from Front desk help, to the x-rays (never comfy but they did a great job of being fast and getting it over this), to the entire cleaning. Dr. Moreno is thorough and trusting. Highly recommend Serra Mesa Smiles!

Paloma at the front desk is amazing. She goes above and beyond with everything! She is always warm, kind and helpful. She is especially knowledgeable when it comes to insurance and how she can help (and she will fight for/with you). I am having a lot of issues with my teeth right and Dr. Moreno has never let me feel a bit of shame or embarrassment. She is efficient without giving me a sense of anxiety. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants an exceptional dentist experience!!!
