This place is very careless with their patients and their information. First time I went, they had to retake x-ray pictures several times because the initial person couldn't do it correctly. Idk about you but I'd like to have as little radiation as possible but whatever I guess.(First red flag) Second time around I go back for a cleaning and cavity filling, but not before they reschedule me at the last minute because the dentist didn't show for the day. (Second red flag) Reschedule day comes and they are being loud about not being able to find my client folder with all of my personal information while I sit in the waiting room helpless. (Third red flag) I'm in the room to get cavity filled and employees are all restless to leave as it'send of day, but this is when THEY rescheduled me. Dent

I got a full set of dentures to replace my old dentures and it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had. They look like generic dentures. They don’t fit very well. They’re very thin and feel like they could break at any minute the bottom ones don’t fit right and when I tried to explain to them that it hurt every time I swallowed, they told me to just move my tongue around and work with it. They wouldn’t fix it at all so I’ve had to take a nail file and work with it to make them fit in my mouth. This is pathetic. Their customer service really sucks and they don’t listen to you at all.

The staff and dentists are wonderful! Professional, caring, knowledgeable, and helpful at each step of my care. I followed their instructions to the letter and had a pain-free experience from extractions to dentures! The only negative is that I couldn't bring them with me when I moved out-of-State!

Would never go to this clinic again. Did fillings for me, after which I had pain in my teeth, based on what I heard from different dentists it was because filling was to high. I came for follow up visit because of pain, they said I do not need to pay anything. 2 month later receiving letter that I need to pay 100$. So expect if they make mistake you will pay for that
