Serenity Dental Care

I've been going to the Wong sisters at Serenity Dental for a decade. They have been great dentists for my whole family - which now includes senior citizens and young adults. We could not be happier with their service and professionalism!

The front desk worker acts as a gatekeeper and won't allow you to speak with the dentist despite multiple requests - saying the dentists are "busy" and then eventually just ignoring texts and emails completely. She also lied about HIPAA regulations to me and had some extremely questionable behavior regarding my dental records. I was excited to go here because I was referred by my husband, but this worker prevented me from ever being seen. Unfortunately, I do think that how the office staff behaves does reflect on the dentist.

It’s hard to find an ethical dentist these days but I finally found them at Serenity Dental. My previous dentists seemed to want to push a new treatment, a new crown, etc every time I went in for a cleaning. But Dr. Wong is the opposite- she told me she didn’t want to give me a crown unless she absolutely had to. It’s SUCH a breath of fresh air to find a dentist who actually cares about her patients and not caring only about making a profit. I’ll keep coming back to these ladies until they retire!

I have had great experiences here. They don't try to scam you with things like unnecessary deep cleanings and such. They provide a full range of services, though, if you do need it. Everyone I have interacted with is super nice. I moved from the area and tried a couple other places. That was a mistake. I now drive back here. They have a good deal if you don't have dental insurance, too!

Dr. Janet and Dr. Jennifer are both awesome!!! They have been my dentists for 15+ years. I drive about 60 miles from my home to their office and back just for my regular cleanings. One may ask, why would someone not change their dentist to be closer to their home for something as simple as cleanings? Reason is simple. They have always been great, answer all my queries every time and more importantly have always been there in emergency situations. This time I unfortunately had 3 cavities. It was towards their end of day on a Saturday but knowing that I live far and my cavities could potentially get worse, they took time out of their day to take care of me. When we were done, all the patients and staff had already left but Dr. Janet and Dr. Jennifer were still there only because I needed he
