I was visiting family in Rochester recently on vacation and wanted to make a massage appointment to work out some work and running pains. Lisa was recommended, and it was the best massage I have ever received. From the moment I walked into her spa, the healing environment, the super-friendly employees, and Lisa herself were so welcoming and took an immediate interest in how to make me more relaxed. The deep tissue massage I received was out of this world, and Lisa located my pain points, muscle cramps and knots in a matter of minutes. I've been going to Lisa for over a year and I wouldn't know what I'd do without her. I spend 8-10 hours at my desk in front of a computer and she consistently removes every muscle strain, pain and discomfort I have. My entire family sees her now. She is the best massage therapist in Rochester!

I have sports injuries off and on throughout the year and all I can say is that Lisa really knows how to get the knots out and get you going again. I have tried other places in the past a few years ago, but her place is where I go to all the time now. I always leave there feeling wonderful and relaxed and ready to take on the next challenge in my life. If you have never tried massage, this is where you should start! I highly recommend her!
