I am so grateful for Dr. Lepley and the time and attention he gives us. He is very thorough when addressing my husband's health issues, helping us and answering our questions. Tina and Doris (I think that's the nurses names) are caring, kind, compassionate, and very considerate. We have been going there for many years. I know how blessed we are with these wonderful people taking care of us.

I have been a patient here since 1999. I had difficulty at 1 time, but that issue was solved. Every doctor is extremely kind and goes out of their way to attend to each patient. Dr. Lepley, Dr. Paul Johnson and Dr. Quinn are 3 Great Doctors that Run Sentara South Main Street. Couldn't ask for a better team. The Front Staff, The Lab, the Answering phone Room & their Business office are All Kind and ready to Help.

I'm done with dr.lepley . He can never find the time to fit you in. Most Dr's. leave some time slots open for emergencies. Wouldn't a high uric acid of 8.1 be a cause of concern ??? No more.

I'm not here to say Sentara's personnel are perfect. However, I've witnessed plenty of demanding and rude patients that lack etiquette while on my doctor/lab visits so it can go both ways. Perhaps the nurses get tired of dealing with these types of personalities and it sours their mood. Everyone should show a little kindness.

I really like my Physician Assistant but many of the nurses could seriously benefit from sensitivity training, classes in respect and over all friendlier demeanors. Some are great but they are few. The rest act like we should know what to do without their help. If that was the case there would be no need for a nurse! I have seen this through varies forms of contact and seeing different Sentara healthcare providers. Bad attitudes undermine how hard they work. If you don't care about us why should we care about you? Then add to the fact that my questions get altered on the way to the physician and get returned lacking answers I feel sufficiently answer my question. Let's not even discuss response time. While my PA nurse responds quickly others in the same office take days to respond!
