Every member of emergency room staff was excellent. In 5th floor vascular staff, RN Maddie Alex was especially superb in all areas. Sincerely caring , attentive, and proficient. Dr. Lelya was also excellent, she truly cared . Administrator Madison (first name) was great. She relieved my fears in emergency room and made me feel at home. One of a kind. The overall quality , performance and knowledge of the entire staff of this hospital is unmatched. A thousand thanks for taking care of me.

I wanna do the emergency room with hot papitations. They were very accommodating, they did everything they were supposed to do and everybody was just as nice as they could be except I sat there from 2:30 in the afternoon to 4 o'clock in the morning before I got a room. Adding the waiting room and then I laid back in the emergency room. The next day and then I got a room upstairs and was there for half the night we got the room at 4 o'clock in the morning and was discharged that afternoon here today. Did some test all the nurses and doctors were just as nurses as they could be. The only problem is to wait.Thank you so much

Had an amazing experience in a stressful time! Ended up going to the emergency room at 1 in the morning and even though I wasn’t feeling great physically, the staff (Cameron, Miss Tameka, Anissa, and everyone else! 👋) were very friendly and very supportive! It’s usually very busy, so sometimes you may have to wait like I did for a room or a bed, but everyone does their job to the fullest and gets to you when possible! Spent a few days in the hospital and I felt better pretty much immediately. I was always checked on and were met with great staff who always answered my every need! Even coming back for a procedure, the endoscopy unit were very caring and kind (namely nurse Nicole, nurse Kiki, Susan, the anesthesiologist, the doctor and other nurses 🙌). The nursing and support staff is excellent. Please thank them every chance you get because they choose to spend their days and nights in windowless rooms, under terrible pressure, exhausted, often insulted and undervalued. They care about you, often to their own detriment. Organizationally, this institution can be challenging as far as communication and continuity of care. Because you are asked to make decisions for your loved one that are life and death on no information, just pressure to sign, sign, sign and wait, wait, wait as the sound bores into your last good nerve under florescent light in an emotional pressure cooker. Nobody with Autism, ADHD or any non-neurotypical features can function well as a caregiver there past the one hour mark, let alone 24 to 48 unrelieved. The system ne

I really love this hospital. They took great care of my daughter and they took great care of my mother. I go there regularly for a heart specialist and I get great treatment from all staff. From the valet ,security, receptionist, nurse and Doctor. If there was more stars. I'd like em.
