I've been with this office for several years and have had at least four providers during that time. All have been excellent. I appreciate that they listen and take the time necessary to properly treat me. They are attentive to my preventive care and always know the details of my patient history when they see me, including my most recent lab work and what specialists I'm seeing. And they can often get me in same-day when something urgent arises.

This place has been nothing but good. The staff are all very friendly and quick to help. The doctor is really good. She will listen to you even though she may not have the time. Key part is she does listen. Dr. Smith is highly recommended by me.

Monica Clark has helped me through so much! I was truly blessed when I was recommended to her. She is very good at spending time with you and listening to your needs, but also has so much knowledge! I was recently diagnosed with Celiacs and if it hadn't been for Monica working with me to understand my body and symptoms, I don't think I would be on the road to recovery. Staff are all very nice too!

I’ve only had bad experiences here. The first provider told me that only some of my medical conditions are real and others aren’t. The next provider I saw immediately seems super defensive and combative from the moment she walked into the room because I indicated on my intake forms I was interested in trying a new medication. They’re just generally not very nice. It doesn’t feel like we are working together, it feels like me versus them. I give 2 instead of 1 star only because it’s usually not too hard to get in for an appointment without waiting forever. But I guess now we know why.
