Sentara East Rockingham Health Center

If you want to lose an entire paycheck for a simple nose swab then this is the place to go. Knowing I didn’t have insurance, I was offered a swab test that ended up being over 600 dollars after a half off discount. Obviously if I had known this, I wouldn’t have opted for it. That didn’t even include the actual office visit. Will never use Sentara offices ever again. I’ve been a patient for years and never had this much trouble. Extremely disappointed.

Sad that this office has mostly Nurse Practioners. Don't bother calling because they aren't taking new patients. And the nurse practioner that my husband Was seeing there (D.M.) would not get back with him about his blood work or answer his messages!! Guess what He's getting a new DR.

Great experience with everyone and would 100% recommend seeing Tara Seay NP! She is absolutely amazing and there’s no doubt she practices for all the right reasons. I’m very excited to have her as my primary care nurse!

Dr. Koch listens to your concerns and discusses them with you. Staff have always been friendly with me.

Called to book an appointment and was told they don’t accept new patients!! Don’t waste your time Sentara hospital and drs have went downhill big time in this area I recommend going to a smaller family practice for services. Sentaras customer service is terrible and from what I’ve observed most of the good/prestigous drs have left.
