Senior Impact

Senior Impact is not an effective support agency in the long term. Although they offer a plethora of services, from what I have seen, they mainly enable destructive behavior, over and over again. From elder abuse by a client’s family member, to continued alcohol abuse by clients. They obtain subsidized housing, then allow clients to continue down self destructive paths and don’t intervene even when there is known abuse perpetrated by a family member with a legal restraining order. They won’t intervene unless the client says to, the same client who is an alcoholic/drug addict. They are ineffective at bringing any real healthy changes aside from housing to the lives of these seniors. IMO

I Don't Appreciate Unknown Persons from this Business knocking on my Door without First vetting out of they are Reaching out to the Correct Person they are trying to Contact. In my Building it's Very Easy to See the Listing of Names and Apt #'s associated with whom they wish to Connect with.

In my association with senior impact In the year 2020. I found better outcomes and better results if counselors are given the chance to help... with client patient engagement.

Thus place has helped me in the past, housing etc Today, I cannot access my meds that I need really bad. My doctor denied the request cause I never got the stupid meds in the mail. So Now I'm tossed between Allan's Pharmacy and Impact and the result is nothing. I am not well and I am not able to function . I denied my visit with family today .
