Selina was recommended to me by a friend last summer when I had really bad back pain. She was amazing 100%! She actually taught me how to rotate my hips to ease discomfort which i practice regularly to this day. Can’t wait until I go back!

Selina is a truly exceptional and enormously gifted massage therapist. She is very skilled, intuitive, and knowledgeable. By far the best massages I've ever had, and I've had plenty. One key difference is the level of presence and commitment. You can feel that she is totally into what she is doing, and completely committed to making you feel better--and she does!

I had my first massage with Selina today and it was fantastic. She has a very therapeutic voice and hands. She identified my areas of stress and helped me breath through the massage and stretches. Selina is fantastic at her therapeutic skills. Absolutely understands the mechanics of the human body, the chained muscles that can contribute to pain or tightness in multiple locations. Good pressure when needed and never too much. Also appreciate her advice for stretching and activities between visits.
