The staff are amazing! We did not get the turn out we wanted, and they were so kind, compassionate and loving towards us. If anything happens to any of our family members, we definitely want them to go to Select!! The nurses have the biggest hearts! Thank you all for everything! Shout out to Eva and Miah!

I am so pleased with this facility, the staff, medical care and food is all top notch. I noticed the first week, with staff changes, that all staff members are supportive, smiling and competent. You won't get an instant response to the nurses call button, but your not the only patient, your turn will come. The food and choices are more like a restaurant than what you imagine hospital food to be. The rehab staff is really great, very good at explaining what you are going to attempt, always warning you to sit or stop when YOU need too. They are very attentive, safety oriented and always encouraging. I leave here having met some great people, and hope some friends. My sister got sent to this hospital. I had never heard of them. My sister had to arrive via ambulance from Iowa City. Before she arrived, Select called and let me know she was on the way. When she arrived. I received a phone call. They also arranged a " meet the staff" appointment. Never had that happen before. I get calls quite frequently on her care. Everyone has been friendly, informative, and available for any questions. How many other hospitals can claim that? Very pleased with our experience with Select.

The facility thoroughly exceeded my expectations. The staff were all knowledgeable and exhibited very good bed side manners. Assigning the same nurse and aid to me whenever possible increased the efficiency of services provided.
