This place is absolutely horrible. All locations are just as bad even the new place in Dr Phillips. Just cause it’s new doesn’t mean anything. They brought old workers in and the supervisors enable negligence. One male supervisor is married with a nurse and that nurse went into my fathers room, saw he had poop all over him on his clothes and his hands (he had a stroke and is confused, he thought he was in the toilet cleaning himself) she yelled telling everyone to not go into his room, leaving him in his filth. He had a pressure would on his anus hole due to them not cleaning him. He had an almost stage 2 Wound which is very very bad. His skin was raw and a whole rag would be filled with blood after they changed them. We brought our own wipes and applications in order to heal him ourselves

This place has been the worst experience ever. Every room is a sharing room with another patient. There are people on ventilators for such a long time as if they’re leaving them there for billing purposes. They are very rude very few nice people. I will never in my life have a family member come to this place again. The hospital psyched me out and putting a family member here. No matter what happens in the near future, I will never bring my family here. They will need to stay at the main hospital.

Overall excellent experience! The entire medical team here was professional, friendly, compassionate, provided tremendous care for my mom, and the doctors & nurses efficiently addressed our questions or concerns in a prompt manner. Our case manager Brianna had so much patience for us, provided flexible yet clear communication throughout, and worked tirelessly in transitioning my mom towards her next journey to recovery. Thank you to all the medical team here for effectively working together in providing the best care for my mom!

Let me start off by saying this place definitely needs some upgrading. The next thing I want to say is that this place literally saved my 95 year old mother’s life. The care she received here was top notch! From the respiratory to the nurses and doctors, everyone was 5 star excellent! Thank you for your kindness and professionalism! The Weiss family is very grateful.

Everybody that walks by my doors, speaks or stops to say hello. I was impressed by the gentle care. They were friendly and tried to follow my specific requirements easily. I was also impressed at how clean the room was kept.
