I went to to Doctor on 1st Nov and she recommended me to Specialist. Doctor said referral will be faxed to Specialist and they never did. I had to change my PCP to get another referral. I followed up Doctor multiple times, sent messages, called but no response for almost 10 days. Waste of my time and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Wish I could give zero stars. I made an appointment for today (07/28) and I was told that the doctor would video call me at 3 pm PT. Kept waiting, no call. I called the doctor's office at 3:15 to see what was up and they firstly got confused about my appointment and then continued to confirm a wrong name and then a wrong number with me. After 2 minutes of the person on the other end figuring out, told me the doctor would video call me at 3:30 pm. I requested her to confirm and she said the doctor would def call. I specifically told her to let me know at 3:30 if the doctor wasn't going to call so I don't keep waiting. No call. Then they call at 5 saying the doctor WILL NOT BE CALLING YOU and can you come for an in-person appointment. When I asked why they didn't inform me about this on my f

After checking previous reviews i was very reluctant to visit this place but was pleasantly surprised with the service that i received during my medical examination and vaccinations for immigration purpose. From appointment booking to reminders to blood work, vaccinations to documentations, everything was handled in a very professional manner in my case. Nurse Julieta was extremely courteous and patiently answered every query that i had. i would highly recommend to visit for a quick primary care needs.

I can’t believe after almost 2 months I get a phone call follow up after leaving numerous messages wanting to know if I wanted to see Dr. Eadula again. I have a lot of numerous underlying conditions, I’m in the hospital as we speak and they called me today what a joke I told him flat out I got a new primary doctor because you guys never follow up with your patients and very very poor service for your patients good luck!

very poor service specially the front desk person, she yawns while talking over the phone and sounds very rude. I got my appointment here and waited so long and the doctor didn't do anything , but send me to lab!! this people don't even deserve one star!
