Seifert Drug

I was desperately looking for help finding a medication two of my sons have gone without for 6 weeks, because CVS claimed they couldn't get it. On a Friday night I turned to social media for help, was pointed to Allie, who helped guide me on what to do once they opened again. I called Saturday morning (today) and Blair helped create profiles for my sons in their system. She successfully obtained the Rx transfer from CVS, filled it, and called me back within an hour and a half! AMAZING service, I cannot recommend them enough! Great service went above and beyond my expectations. You will not be disappointed with your pharmacy experience with Seifert Drugs. One time my insurance was having problems with the prior authorization, and the people here went ahead and filled my prescription anyway. Medicine that I definitely needed. Other places wouldn't have done this.

I don't typically need much help when I come in to pick up my prescriptions. However, others do and I am in awe each time I see someone at the pharmacy assist and explain things to customers. I feel like the team there truly cares about their patrons and are very informative. Thankful :)
