Dr. Gruener and all the his staff are wonderful. Great senses of humor that puts a person at ease. Great quality of work at a reasonable price. AND most importantly I didn't feel a thing including the numbing injections!

My visit could not be better. Dr Gruen was the best as well as all his staff. It was a happy day for me.

Dr Gruener is pleasant, experienced, gentle and professional as with the hygienist’s. The staff is organized, helpful, friendly and informative. The place is clean and has a homey feeling. My broken tooth is finally repaired, no pain and little waiting. They took care of everything including insurance dialogue. I will keep them as my family dentist because they made me feel like I’ve always been there!

I like that they are easy to communicate with about your treatment, what you want done, insurance coverage, etc. Second, I think Dr. Gruener is extremely competent. I have been going to SW Family Dental for decades, and I would not want to change. Highly recommend them.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. This was probably the quickest and easiest new patient appointment that I've had with a dentist. I was in and out within 30 minutes. While that may seem to quick, the staff were incredibly thorough. I received a full oral exam, multiple xrays, and upon checking out the staff called the oral surgeon and set up my referral right then and there for me.
