Very easy to get a request submitted. Had a second opinion on a radiology report. The report was much more detailed than the original report and helped a lot in figuring out next steps. For my case I thought the money was well worth it.

The web interface is not as intuitive as other sites. There seems to be a disconnect between the chat help and customer service reps. Also, I question the veracity of the report as it completely contradicts the original report.

I am very happy with the detailed multilayered assessment. I now know where I stand and how to move forward. The MRI assessment done by Second Opinions are most definitely worth one's while.

Paid $288 for a second opinion on facial CT scans, including AI-assisted analysis, to answer specific questions their service request form requires, like dimensional changes in chin height/mandibular width, implant positioning's impact on soft tissues, inflammation signs, and mentalis muscle abnormalities causing my swelling, numbness, and lip tightness. All of this originated from a procedure where a very aggressive bone modification was performed.
