I love this place! My daughter has been seen here for 5 years. From the front desk, tothe hygienist, and Dr King. All great customer service. The communication is exceptional and on short notice they were able to accommodate us. They are helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. We are moving on to general dental but the experience here has been wonderful. I commute from Palm Bay but it has been worth it! I would highly recommend them!

Office is cute & very kid friendly. Staff is great! I love the text message reminders. I had to reschedule an appointment....I believe I gave a 2 day notice and they were very understanding. Friendly & inviting atmosphere so my son doesn't mind going to the dentist 🪥🦷😁

Let me start by saying Dr. King is amazing! I respect her as a dental professional, however the office staff leaves little to be desired. We have been patients at this office since 2021 and today was our last visit. I was always unsure why I was paying $10 per child when at my dental office there is no co-pay. This made up fee as explained in amazing detail by another reviewer is for above and beyond instruction - not basic, routine oral instruction on how to brush your teeth - you are a pediatric office, that’s the name of the game…the bigger issue for me was honestly how rude the staff was. I left work early to bring my kids to their appointments and realized when I got to the office that I had forgotten my wallet. First time here and the whole staff was fantastic! They are clear on what needs to be done and the costs as well as making sure to get things scheduled or taken care of asap, for them as well as for you. I would highly recommend bringing your children here.

Beware of this dental practice and their misleading billing practices. We were told on three separate occasions we owed a $10 copay which we shouldn't owe. At my daughter's last appointment I mentioned this to the front desk staff and let them know we were billed for D1330 oral hygiene instructions and if this was a mistake. We were told that the $10 fee is actually office policy and they always bill a D1330 but insurance doesn't pay it so we have to. First of all we were LIED to. A copay and office policy are not the same thing. The girl at the front desk told us she was not there at our last visit so she didn't tell us that but yes it's not a copay it's a policy that they charge everyone.
