Sebastian River Medical Center: Center for Wound Care

Frighteningly DEEP, open blister on my heal post op. Unbelievable pain. Met with reassurances upon arrival. Healed by Dr Davidson and the wonderful Registered Nurses of this wound center. I felt I was family, but more importantly treated by professional staff who demonstrated total competence and reassurance at every visit. The finest example of what you'd hope a medical office and staff would be. It's hands down the best office and staff I have encountered in my 78 years! Thank you, I'd award way more stars if possible. PS: interestingly as I left my appointments patients waiting for treatment were always smiling.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! If I could give less than one star I would. Worst experience ever in any er room. My sister was brought in at 1am with heart condition and was left in the er for over 12 hours. Was told at hour 4 she was being admitted but was still sitting in the er 12 hours later. Not one person even checked on her, after 9 hours had to find someone so she could go to the bathroom. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST HOSPITAL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! It’s worth the trip to Vero Beach or Melbourne.

I go with my sister to the wound care center in Sebastian where she see’s Dr. Davidson for pressure ulcers. It is very strange for one to say that it is a pleasure to go to the doctors; however, in this case it is. Every staff member including Dr. Davidson herself are exceptional people who obviously care about their patients. And by the way my sisters wounds have healed thanks to their expertise. After 5 years, 11 hospitals, 6 surgeons and 30+ surgeries for chronic Osteomilytis I have finally found a doctor. A real doctor folks. Who listens, responds, WORKS so hard he is always late and is worth the money for the education. If you r lucky enough to have him as your doc...get used to waiting because he is worth it. Do not be rude to Miss Donna...its not her fault we all want him as our Dr so be nice. Thank you for saving my leg!

Unfortunately from a car accident I had to go to wound care and this facility is amazing the nurses are spectacular and Dr. Daivdson-Jockovich is hands down amazing. It was always a pleasure to come in for my appointments.
