Seaside Pediatrics

I strongly advise against anyone considering using this pediatric office. I have had awful experiences with the staff on multiple occasions, including after no longer being a patient there. The front desk is INCOMPETENT and discourteous. Though I have had somewhat pleasant experiences with the nurses in the (very distant) past, my most recent visits have been nothing of the sort. I was nervous during one of my visits and the medical staff was dismissive and impatient throughout my appointment. Overall experience has been nothing short of rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional staff throughout the office. I am genuinely shocked at how many poor reviews I’ve read and heard from others over the years and they haven’t cared to change their service. I urge anyone to reconsider becoming a patie

The best pediatricians and nurses ... maybe anywhere Because I have read so many strange and unfavorable reviews about Seaside Pediatrics (where my children have been doctored for 20 years) I felt moved to write to say that, in my experience, these are top-notch, thorough, compassionate professionals who don't care if you are rich or poor, who give the same level of terrific care to everyone. Yes, you should have your child vaccinated. No research exists that links vaccines with autism or bad outcomes beyond the known risks. Yes, you shouldn't expect the office to be a pharmacy. You're going to have to go to a pharmacy to have your child's prescription filled. Yes, you can't fail to show up for appointment after appointment and remain part of the patient population for this practice. Sched

If I could rate this one star then I would. Everyone in the office is inconsiderate and rude. They told me that babies in the office were more important than seeing me for my scheduled appointment. Then on top of that when they were trying to contact me about a referral they thought it would be a great idea to use my recently deceased fathers phone number (which when I was in the office last I told the doctor he passed so then she would remove his contact information). Overall, worst pediatric office ever. Do not recommend going here.

Front desk has alot of attitude. They forget they're in a service industry. Got hung up on & the manager was supposed to call but didn't until a few days later. I needed to get my son TB tested cuz he left the country. They never specified that. I switched to Bramble Bush Pediatrics. Front desk are sweethearts & courteous. Do not go to Seaside. They changed the MD & didn't even inform me.

We love Seaside Pediatrics! We usually see Dr. Rudman (who is absolutely wonderful), but all of the doctors have been equally knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and understanding. They are always very generous with their time. The nurses are fantastic, as well as the friendly office staff. And during this Covid-19 era, they are taking great care to keep the office safe for their little patients and families.
