The receptionist put in great efforts for my root canal to be done in the office. As I had called so many endondist that did not take my insurance. It was a tooth that when I smiled you could see and of course did not want pulled out. The front desk and staff are patient and attentive as they can get busy. However, the assistants are quick and efficient. The dentist are attentive, patient and listen to your concerns. Taking the time to ask if you are okay and honestly being my first root canal procedure and hearing from others horrifying stories from other dental offices. I fortunately, did not have to deal with any hiccups let alone pain and my crown matches the color and shape. As if I didn't even get a root canal. You can't tell! I highly recommend them. Definitely an old school dentist

Dr Joe is the best dentist. He is friendly, explains everything and he is gentle. The staff is friendly and compassionate . I highly recommend the Dr Joe ❤️

I never see very rude front desk. Dr my very long time dentist but they moved here since than I can't see my dentist because everytime my appointment was last week or next week. He is playing with my mind. Because front desk didn't like us. He hung up phone.

Dr. Z is amazing, so loving, genuine and is so gentle. I will be going back for more work on my teeth.

Update 2/12/25 "I was previously a patient at this practice and had positive experiences with the dental care itself. However, I recently called to request my dental records to transfer to a new provider, as insurance doesn't cover duplicate x-rays. The receptionist's behavior during this call was extremely unprofessional. He brought up a previous review I had written and made hostile comments about my request for my medical records, which patients are legally entitled to receive. When I explained my need for the records, he dismissively told me to 'get them from my insurance company instead.' This type of customer service is unacceptable in any medical practice. Due to this unprofessional interaction, I will be visiting the office in person to obtain my records and to discuss this incid
