I’ve been a patient at Dr. Sean Nikravan’s Endocrinology practice in Newport Beach for several months now, and I can’t recommend this team highly enough. From the very first appointment, the care has been thoughtful, thorough, and genuinely compassionate. Tammy, the PA, is outstanding . She listens intently, explains complex things clearly, and treats you like a person, not just a chart. She took my symptoms seriously and worked with Dr. Nikravan to get me on the right path with supportive therapies. The transformation has been incredible. Andrew, the medical assistant, was incredibly kind and professional. He is always responsive through the portal, quick with refills, and made every interaction smooth and reassuring. I have had nothing but good experiences at Dr. Nikraven’s office. They are always polite, professional, and on time. Tiffany spends a lot of time going over test information and gives very understandable explanations of test results. Would definitely recommend this office.

The admin staffs got back to me multiple times and slotted me for last min cancellation. I go to my parents Dr appointments all the time. I average about 10+ appointments a month between private practices and big hospitals and admin here are very efficient. Communication to add me as a new patient was seamless and excellent. Then to the nurse Tran. He is very friendly and makes you feel at ease. You can see he enjoys his work and asked detailed questions so that my concerns are well documented. I felt at ease explaining my concerns with him. A Tiffany Huynh was amazing! When referred by my OB I was pretty concerned but Dr Huynh explained how my thyroid system works in detail and what each of the tests means. She's very patient, very friendly, and very thorough in explaining things. I never felt rushed. She answers all questions and concerns. The whole office is very efficient. They see you exactly at appointment time; I never had to wait past appointment time.

Dr Tammy is such a great doctor! She always takes the time to review my bloodwork down to the smallest detail. She remembers my past results and tracks them to make informed recommendations. She does not go through the motions, but truly has the skill and diligence to make insightful recommendations! Thanks!
