Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

My mother, who has dementia, has been at Seacrest for almost a year now. Prior to that, my aunt was a patient in the rehab portion of Seacrest. I can speak for my entire family when I say we have been 100 percent happy and confident in the care and services provided. Every single person we’ve encountered has been consistently friendly, supportive, and genuinely caring. That steady kindness has made a very difficult situation feel easier and far less overwhelming. One of the first things my mom said when she arrived was, “The food is really good here.” We’ve visited many times during mealtimes, and she always has a wonderful meal. I wish they had 0 stars and 2 ratings. 1 review for the place and 1 review for the staff. My mom was recently discharged from the hospital to go for only rehab. They said they had a bed for her in rehab! They lied!! They did have a bed for her on the memory care floor. For those who don’t know the difference between memory care and rehab floors at facilities it’s like making a reservation at the Hilton and getting .99 cent room. The difference in floors is noticeable by sight, smell, faces on the staff, color, temperature, sounds, etc. My mom was put in a room on the memory floor I think was just vacated by deceased person. There were still pictures in the room, clothes in the closet, clothes in the drawers etc. The only place available was the bed for my mom. There was no

Seacrest Therapists are wonderful, but the Nursing staff is incompetent, uncaring and neglectful! My husband went to the rehab part of Seacrest after a hospital stay! His nurses, Rachel, did not follow Dr. Ghandi's instructions to flush my husbands foley every four hours. When my husband complained that a blood clot was stuck in the foley the nurse said she would be back in a few minutes and didn't come back for hours leaving him in pain. On Thursday 2/5/26 my husband went to a follow up appointment to his urologist and they changed his catheter. On Friday 2/6/26 he noticed that nothing was going into the bag and he called the nurse. They tried flushing the foley, changing the catheter and nothing was working! My husband was starting to feel a lot of pain and asked to ho to the hospi

I would like to take the time and give a big shout out to Jackie , she's the best, her presentations are excellent, she takes the time to explain, answer questions, very patient with everyone, my wife took me to a bingo where she did a presentation and acknowledged that I was the only male and made me feel very welcome. Hope to see you very soon , Thank you for being who you are, Jackie is very friendly and could even be a comedian and most of all very professional.

Seacrest facility was clean, full of absolutely wonderful staff and smiling faces. CNA'S are beyond amazing like Gabby, Anna, Emma and Anthony. Food needs a lot of work. Especially people who are suppose to read the selections of the patients. Even the housekeeping staff were dynamite. Shout out Tara.
