We have been going to see Dr. Ricketts for several years now and love it. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The office is beautiful and extremely clean. Texting has been the best and fastest method for us to get our scripts, apts scheduled, and quick questions answered. We understand that the staff is on the phone with other patients, hospitals etc and NOT ignoring our requests. Honest opinion, there is a national shortage of doctors and we are thankful that Dr. Ricketts and her staff continue to take such great care of us.
I don’t think I can find the words to explain my experience at this office. Everyone, from the front desk staff to Dr. Ricketts were incredible. Dr. Ricketts is a great listener, which means she’s a great educator. She listens to understand so she can respond appropriately. She’s very thorough. I would recommend Dr. Ricketts and her incredible staff a 10000x.
The staff is great! Overall pays attention to detail with so much patience. Moved to Port Saint Lucie 5 years ago and Dr.Ricketts has been nothing but amazing. She' the best!

Another awesome visit with Dr Ricketts,she is always so professional and kind and because of her I am doing great with my health.A big thank you also to Angela who is fairly new ,but such a beautiful person inside and out ,she is in the right field,even complimented me,telling me I always wear beautiful dresses,for her to remember me and she has not been there too long is priceless,I appreciate her,also Liz is very professional and kind.The one unnamed individual who is at the front needs to learn from them,she is very unprofessional and as soon as she is questioned about anything she says,she gets very upset and uses a tone to talk down to others but I have been seeing my Doctor for over 10 years and loves her.Also thank you to Melvin,the office manager who always asks how my visit went.I
