Sea Pines Oral Surgery

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience. I presented for an appointment with the understanding that I would be fully sedated and that full-mouth extractions would be performed, with a denture placed prior to my discharge. While the sedation itself was administered appropriately, the remainder of the experience did not meet expectations. The denture was not placed before I left the office, requiring me to return to my general dentist later that same day to have it inserted. Given that patients are advised not to drive following sedation, this created an unnecessary and concerning situation. My general dentist was able to place the denture without difficulty, which leaves me unclear as to why this could not be completed by the oral surgeon as originally planned.

Dr. Hammond is an absolutely amazing oral surgeon. He has the best bedside manner and personality. He did an emergency jaw surgery on my son and things couldn’t have gone any better . His office staff is also friendly and accommodating. If you need an oral surgeon I would definitely recommend him. Thank you to you and your team.

Outstanding surgeon and practice. I was petrified about needing a tooth pulled- I was on the verge of of backing out. Dr. Hammond was so compassionate and caring. He made sure I was okay and worked very quickly to make the experience very smooth. I cannot praise everyone at this office enough. Genuinely caring and on top of things. I highly recommend them! I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled today by Dr. Hammond and when I tell you it was the BEST EXPERIENCE- I mean it. From consultation to after care- It has been amazing! Dr. Hammond is so kind, has humor, and is a humble person. His office staff were so patient and kind. Each of them were wonderful. His staff has a mixture of generations and I LOVE that. I truly felt safe & cared for. If you're on the fence about having your work done here- DON'T BE. I am so grateful. I absolutely loved visiting our sea pines clinic in Brunswick. All the staff that were present helped make the transition to my oral surgery and got 8 teeth extracted without complications. Dr.Hammond was friendly and very informative with the work he was going to get done. If your a person that deals with alot of anxiety for oral surgery sea pines will be glad to help get you through it. ♡
