Sea Pines Circle Immediate Care

My husband and I are on vacation in Hilton head Island for a week and he started not feeling well yesterday. When his abdominal pain was worse this morning we decided we needed some help. We arrived at Sea Pines urgent care shortly after they opened and were greeted promptly And immediately had information taken. We only waited about 15 minutes to see a provider. Our provider was Gregory Wright, one of the PAs. He was thorough and friendly and professional, and listened to everything. My husband had to tell him, and then provided great clear and concise explanations of what he thought was going on and his recommended treatment. Location is great. Went there after an accident and Nurse Ben and PA Greg Wright could not have been nicer or more thorough. PA Wright followed up with calls and truly cared, he is an impressive care giver. Only issue we encountered was they faxed radiology orders that never arrived at the hospital so we could not schedule a stat CT. We discovered the fax number they were using was incorrect so we ended up scanning a copy of the order and faxing it to the number the hospital gave us. Otherwise a surprisingly efficient urgent care with exceptional care givers. I fully recommend this facility.

PA Greg Wright was wonderful for our 1 year old who came in with a cold and ear infection. He was extremely nice and explained everything clearly to us. Great experience!

Horrible experience. We checked in at the front desk and the receptionist made us wait 45 minutes with a screaming one-year-old before finally telling us they needed a clearer picture of our insurance card. During this entire time, they hadn’t even bothered to check us in. After another 15 minutes, they came back and asked us to finish filling out paperwork that should have been handled right away. In total, we sat in the waiting room for over an hour before the check-in process was even complete—not before being seen by a provider, just to be officially checked in. The level of incompetence and lack of urgency from the front desk staff was unbelievable. They were unorganized, dismissive, and completely unprofessional, showing no consideration for a sick child or for patients’ time. I w

In and out in an hour! Had my two kiddos seen for a viral infection. Christie was wonderful and very thorough. Before we got there, my daughter didn’t want to go inside, but when we left she was asking to go back! 10/10 recommend, especially if you have kids who need to be seen.
