Best Urgent Care experience I’ve had in my life! We traveled to the area to spend Christmas with family and I had been sick for weeks. With some free time off for the holidays I finally had a chance to take care of myself and get checked out. I was in and out in 40 minutes from check in to check out, including a solid 15 mins with the provider—Kim—who would’ve happily stayed longer to answer anymore questions. She was so kind and listened to all my concerns and questions, and very compassionate. The receptionist and nurse were so personable, happy and helpful—always a plus when you’re not feeling great. Thanks to you all for the excellent service on Christmas Eve! Y’all are the best!

Sea Island has been my go to Urgent Care the past couple years. I have been to both Mount Pleasant locations and always have had a positive experience. I’ve never had an issue getting in same day. Dorkas who works the reception area at the Woodland Ave. location is so kind and helpful! I will never go to another Urgent Care again unless I am out of town and must. Cannot say enough positive feedback. Thank you!

My daughter woke up with an ear ache this morning and we were able to walk in and be seen today. We only waited for maybe 10 minutes! Celeste was very welcoming when checking in (as usual). Spanada was our very helpful med tech. She was so nice and took excellent care of my daughter! Our provider today was Lauren. Lauren was very thorough and knowledgeable. She was also extremely nice! We come here often and love every provider we have seen! The entire staff is AMAZING! I also have to mention Torrey. She has been my med tech and X-ray tech several times and is wonderful! She was working today and waved as we were leaving. Torrey, Jessica Watson and Celeste took amazing care of me a few months ago when I fell and fractured my back! I had a wonderful experience today! Celeste was very friendly checking me in. Patrick was an amazing assistant. He made me so comfortable and was very knowledgeable! Torrey gave me a shot I didn’t even feel and was very gentle and professional while talking my x-rays. Jessica Watson was an amazing PA! She took so much time with me and explained everything to me. Thank you for seeing my neighbor Mr. Les so quickly on Monday of this week! He had injured his thumb while working on the side room. He cut it with a new box cutter…it continued to bleed but he did not want to go to the ER! We wrapped his thumb up but I explained after 8-12 hours it would probably not be sutured! He decided to wait! The next morning …came a knock at the door! It was Mr. Les with blood dripping into the floor!!! I sent him to Sea Island after tightening the bandage and calling ahead! Thank you for taking him in so quickly!!! He told me his bleeding had slowed down…his hand was cleaned and steri strips were applied!
