Sea Haven Dental Care

Upon my arrival, I found the front desk team to be exceptionally friendly and courteous, contributing to a positive experience right from the start. The entire process, including my interactions with the hygienist, doctor, and technician, was thorough and well-informed. They provided clear explanations regarding my treatment recommendations. It's been a while since I've received such outstanding service, and I was particularly impressed by the comprehensive examination conducted on my teeth. Based on this experience, I would recommend this facility to friends and family seeking dental care.

I moved to PSL and visited Seahaven Dental to get a complete workup done, and assess any and all dental needs. They scheduled an appt for me at a different facility to have a tooth pulled, but it was not scheduled for a little over 2 weeks. In the meantime, my wife called Seahaven to see if I could get a cavity filled that was causing considerable discomfort. My wife was on the phone with Seahaven on friday for over an hour getting an appointment. They scheduled my emergency appt for the following Monday at 12:30. We arrived 10 minutes before the appt to find nobody in the office knew anything about my appointment. The people in the front office of Seahaven Dental are NOT very professional, courteous, or even polite. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL PATIENTS JUST STAY AWAY FROM SEAHAVEN DENTAL.

The staff is wonderful. Dr. Morales made me feel safe considering I get stressed out getting work done on my teeth. He is the best dentist I have been too so far. I will never go to any other dentist!!! Awesome experience.

The office itself is clean and new in design. The dental assistant shows you your scans in a big screen that you can clearly see your teeth as they explain what’s going on in your mouth. The office staff is prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. The dental staff is gentle & kind. The Dentist is a nice gentleman. I’ve been once for my initial exam with X-rays and once for a cleaning. The office notifies you many times reminding you of your appointments. Only putting 4 stars because the Keurig in the waiting room was low on water and there were no cups available. I’m sure they would have refilled if requested.

First they tried to bill me for services that I had not even asked for and I hadn't had anything done yet. Then when I question the cost it was $50 more than my wife had just gotten done two days ago. And they said oh the prices went up in 2 days. I don't think so. Then I questioned a second procedure on the bill that I did not want to have done that they did not disclose to me but they were adamant that they told me about it and I know they had not. The staff was very rude and demeaning to me. Later that day when we found out I was right about the cost of the procedure they credited me but gave me the cold shoulder to tell me why they had tried to charge me more. They even hung up on me. I am sure we're going to be looking for a new dentist.
