Scripts Pharmacy Central / Mail Order

Melissa and Yamaris were so helpful and kind getting my prescription changed from a different pharmacy to Scripts instead. They answered all my questions and Melissa even called to let me know when they had received it. It was time sensitive and they were able to get the medication ordered for me to have the next day. Deeply appreciative of them. Thank you!

This is just another despicable drug plan forced on us by Medicare. NO ONE electronic order has EVER been received and it takes hours/days to resolve. I requested a delayed mailing.Did they honor that NO. I was out of town and my medication Sat in the mailbox for DAYS. NOTHING BUT INEPT in every way. I am compelled to file a complaint with Medicare, BBB, and Wellcare. This has got to STOP.
