Scripps Clinic Urgent Care Rancho Bernardo

I went to this urgent care yesterday with an issue as I couldn’t get in to see my doctor quickly. I couldn’t recommend them enough. From the phone call to ask questions, the front desk person who checked me in, both nurses and Dr. Elizabeth Wulfert was amazing. I was extremely nervous and everyone there was reassuring and comforting. My wait was only about 5 minutes and I was on my way with my issue handled quickly. Im sorry I didn’t head there sooner and will not hesitate heading there if I ever need the help again. Thank you everyone that helped me yesterday. Ann

truly surprises me that this urgent care has only three stars! Every single visit I’ve had here has been nothing short of wonderful. The staff is consistently kind, attentive, and professional, making each experience pleasant from start to finish. As someone who is especially sensitive when it comes to patient care, I can honestly say I’ve felt nothing but genuine compassion and respect. I’m deeply grateful for the exceptional service and care I’ve received every time.

I had the best care at this Urgent care. Dr. Wilbert was knowledgeable, kind, great bed size manner even though they were very busy that day. The nurses and the entire staff were excellent & compassionate. I have a complicated stomach issue and this is the best care I’ve received anywhere! I’m from Dallas but my mom uses them too and cannot say the nicest things about The Scripps care in its entirety. They treated me properly & their kindness made all the difference! Thank you all to the staff!

I would give 0 stars if possible I had a very disappointing and frankly concerning experience with Dr. Naomi during my recent ear cleaning visit. Compared to my last visit, where the procedure was done safely and effectively in one try, this time was completely different. Dr. Naomi took over 15 attempts to flush my ear, clearly showing a lack of experience and confidence with the irrigation tool. She soaked me with the water and tried to tell me to hold the cup closer when she had placed it the wrong way. Even worse, she repeatedly used a syringe that had air bubbles in it, which resulted in loud blasts of air being forced into my ear multiple times. I would like to start by thanking nurses to accomodate and helping me. However there seems to be a reoccuring issue with scripps system. I checked in to urgent care on Friday and just when the triage nurse was about to put an order for x-ray, the emergency alarm went off. We waited outside for about an hour when they said they could not take anyone back in. The point is that thia is not the first time it happened as i learned from other patients. They told us to go other places and start from beginning, ie. Check in so a total wait of 1.5 hours since check in was a waste. That is when i headed to TP and they said a couple of hours wait..so i left. I am reconsidering my options particularily because TP charges for parking and always charges extra for xray billing from hospital! I alraedy go
