Worst experience ever. Went in with the expectation of just a check up, but he added multiple undiscussed tests that added significant extra costs without telling us. He didn’t do a scan of our daughter’s eyes or ask what she could or couldn’t see, then said “let’s try glasses it might help her wandering eye, I don’t know.” We left the office with a prescription for glasses, no real treatment plan, and more questions than we came with that he kept giving vague answers to. Then we get a bill a few weeks later for $800+ even though they said they’ll take our insurance and the check-up would be covered. We even checked with the receptionist before the appointment and they told us it would be covered as a standard check up. He seemed so unconfident in the treatment plan that we didn’t get her
