we stopped going here when the nurse told us to put our breastfed baby on formula. he even called us afterwards to push even harder to do it, when theres is no scientific or medical research to back this recommendation. a naive parent would have probably listened. unacceptable

There walk in is a joke you will have to sit and wait for over 2 hours and still not get seen I have never been to a walk in clinic like this it's ridiculous and will never do a walk in at this place again

When you have a sick child, the last thing you want to do is worry. Since this location opened, my son has been seeing Dr. Fuller for routine and sick child appointments. The front desk staff (Bridget) knows my name and recognizes us when we arrive. She has been consistently working for several years. Some of the other front desk are new. I have also seen other doctors when mine was not in clinic (Santema, Nickerson, Colbath, Williams, Kastner). No complaints about any of the doctors! Recommend using the MyChart app (get login from doctor at a visit) and linking child record to adult record. I can login and schedule my son’s appointments on my app....for even a year ahead of time! The app is a “must have” for parents/care givers. I can also access his medical record on the app for easy ref

Staff is great and we trust Dr. Kastner with our son and soon to be baby girl. He's very knowledgable and explains everything clearly. The My Chart APP makes everything easy and convenient too.

The pediatric clinic on north Adams is awesome, Dr Santema and the staff are rock stars. Always take the best care of our daughter!
