I also had a perfect experience with Doctor Neltner. The fault on my nose was found to be a "Micronodular basal cell carcinoma". The condition was discovered by an office in the TriHealth Network. They were not in my insurance network so I found Doctor Neltner and choose to go to his office in spite of the mileage involved. I'm glad I did go the extra distance. The procedure was almost completely painless. Neltner had to take a second scrape to get all of the cancer, but everything went smoothly. I consider Dr. Neltner to be a great Moh's Surgeon and a perfect communicator.

I had a small squamous cell tumor right above my lip. Dr. Neltner explained everything and I was lucky he got it all on the first incision. There was absolutely no pain or discomfort. He told me why and how he did the repair. Again, no pain at all. I admit I was a little surprised at the size of the incision, but now , several weeks later, it is barely noticeable and invisible with just my usual light weight foundation. It is nothing to be afraid of. Dr. Neltner even called me at home the evening of the surgery to make sure all was well. That is rare today I highly recommend him
