I've been suffering from recurrent corneal errosians for over a year now. Despite seeing an opthalmologist regularly and having 2 eye surgeries, it wasn't until I saw Dr. Harris that I was cured. If I hadn’t checked with my eye insurance company I would have lost $95. Last year I went to get my eye exam. I told the front desk lady I do not want the contacts from her. I don’t want them because they’re a lot more expensive than online. She went ahead and claimed my insurance without my knowledge. So when I claimed it my insurance never paid me. I found out a month ago. My insurance informed me that the office will need to return that money. When I called and spoke with her she gave me the run around. It’s been too long so they can’t do anything. THE FACT is THE OFFICE OWE ME $95!!! I asked what are you going to do about that?? She said she’ll have to talk to the “financial person”. Or she can give me two boxes of contacts. I said no I don’t want your contacts. She cuts
