I visited this office 3 times over a few month period in the summer/fall of 2023, plus they preformed an endoscopy & colonoscopy. They missed that I needed my gallbladder removed. I was in serious pain at all my visits & the last visit I was actually in tears (all they offered was a follow up visit & test scheduled for two weeks later). I was at the ER the morning after my last appointment with this office. The ER transferred me directly to the hospital via ambulance and I had my gallbladder removed approximately 10 hours after being admitted. It was extremely enlarged and hanging like a thumb. I feel this practice dismissed me & did not listen to my very obvious signs of gallbladder issues. Very dangerous. I do not recommend this place.

I'm rating based on what I received- super professional staff very polite, attentive, and timely. Procedure performed by Dr. Scott went very well, he had great bedside manner, good explanation and details, can't say any more. Very pleased.

I think the lower ratings on this doctor is so untrue! He is one of the finest doctors I have ever had! From the first time I met him to my colonoscopy and endo to other office visits..he is so amazing, caring and truly special. He's a great doctor! Took his time explaining things..I give him 10 stars!

Kind, attentive, I was comfortable asking questions and receiving answers that were in plain English. This was my 2nd appointment. Found that parking on the left side of the building 3/4 of the way down is the shortest route to this office.

I'm a cancer patient of his now I am having serious problems and gives me an appointment 3 months out and the receptionist was very rude and un helpfull.
