I am so lucky to have George Ho as my physician. He and his former partner have literally saved my live on more than one occasion. Dr. Ho is a brilliant, caring and patient man. Do not complain about waiting to see him. You are blessed to get in to see him and when he is with you, he will take his time with you and some day save your life too.

I saw Dr. Ho years ago at a different Office and he is a good doctor. The issue now is the office staff. They are rude and do not really seem to care about helping patients. Took almost a month to get prescriptions because office staff would not return calls to the pharmacy. I went to my follow up appointment only to learn the doctor was out of the office for the week. I had raken a personal day off work for the appointment. No one had bothered to let me know. My advice is to see another doctor because the office staff cannot handle simple office tasks.

Poorly managed office. I drove 45 minutes to a rescheduled appointment. They said they sent a letter. They gave me a new appointment. I called for verification and left my cell phone number. I did not hear from them and flew back from Florida to not miss my appointment. I'm at high risk for cancer. I was putting My father in a Hospice Home in Florida.When I returned I had two voicemails on my home phone. One to confirm the appointment another to say rescheduled. $300 round trip flight plus I lost my year end deductible window. Not a happy patient! Pass on this group!

Back in early Feb I start down this kidney stone highway. One stone on the left 5-6mm and on the right 7-8mm. First office/group wasn’t very good at communicating/bedside manner, but I was in pain so I needed a solution sooner then later. Left stone blasted in early March. Wasn’t my favorite thing in the world, but it worked. Then July 20th new doctor new office (Dr. Sweeney) much better experience with them we went forward with blasting the right. The right blasting seemed too easy, very little pain afterwards and really just uncomfortable for about a week and the doctor was concerned that he didn’t get it all. About the second week (last week) I started getting right side pain and some nausea. Called doctor, follow up X-ray, and surgery promptly Friday. This time he we went in with a las

Dr Ho is an exceptional doctor who has great knowledge and wide admiration in his field. I have been a patient since 2006. My experiences are nothing short of fantastic.
