UPDATE: After posting my review, the office publicly replied implying that my child cried. This is inaccurate. My child did not cry; he showed mild fear and hesitation typical of a first dental visit. Shortly afterward, I received an email to my personal address from the owner Dr. Aaron Schwartz. The tone felt threatening and dismissive. I was told my review was “spiteful,” that I should remove it, and that I should “act like an adult.” The message also stated they are “not a Burger King,” while urging me to delete my review because it was hurtful to the team. I believe parents have the right to share honest experiences — especially when it concerns a child’s first medical or dental visit. Hello, l am one of the patients and I have been going to this dentistry clinic for at least 5 or more years. This is definitely a five star office. It definitely cares for the children and has their perspective on what they need, and you even get to pick the toothpaste flavor! I especially love Britni!(she is also my ant) and Stephanie, she did my teeth last and makes you feel very very happy! This is why I love this place and gave it a five star review!!!!!!

Dr. Aaron is absolutely wonderful. We were recommended to the practice by our pediatrician for our daughter's lip tie and he was so thorough and compassionate when explaining the procedure and what to expect from it. He was very generous with his time and made sure we didn't have any questions. We took both our girls here for the three years we lived in Smyrna and could not recommend it more. The other doctors on staff and dental hygienists have all been great. Everyone did a wonderful job putting my kids at ease when they visited for the first time.

Smyrna is incredibly fortunate to have these wonderful providers in our community. My children have seen both Dr Ross and Dr Aaron and I couldn’t be happier with the care provided. Their expertise and bedside manner is unmatched. It takes a special gift to build rapport with pediatric patients and they are exceptional at this. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Dr. Schwartz did our son’s tongue tie release at 3 weeks of age…he assessed thoroughly and got it done quickly. Baby seemed to not have felt any kind of pain during or after procedure. Very personal advice that I wish was more known, is to seek bodywork for baby BEFORE and AFTER release is done. This will help make sure the oral motor functions as it should and not have further issues. We started ours too late and have been struggling with reflux and body tension due to poor tongue function. And tongue may have re-attached a bit but, baby’s therapist is working on baby to either avoid it or have better outcomes this time around. Regardless, Dr. Schwartz is amazing and would definitely go back again!
