I was a patient at this facility back in October of 2025. I was there for almost two weeks and then given the option to go home or a skilled nursing facility. My stay there was good and I was well taken care of despite of me being a larger person. There is an amazing CNA named Melanie. She is a true Angel dropped from heaven! She was so attentive to my needs and made me feel comfortable during my stay. I had physical and occupational therapy almost every day at least three times a day. Brian, Deanna, and Italia, just to name a few were so patient with me and helped me a lot during the process of recovery. The only thing I wish is that I would have been able to be there longer instead of being sent to a nursing facility. Lucia my case manager chose the worst place to be sent! Now there I li

absolutely horrid, would only recommend to enemies. it takes over an hour and a half to get transferred to the right department, and that's if you don't get placed in the ridiculous wait loop. i've seen roaches walk around the PT on the first floor, guess they have coverage too. i'm told there's only 1 doctor for the pain management dept. -so there's that. on one occasion i went straight from my PT session to a follow up on the 3rd floor, they don't even give a courtesy call when the dr. leaves early. i was literally 2 floors down for over an hr. as others mentioned, the bathroom on that floor is the stuff of nightmares. on one of my recent visits i couldnt get my wheelchair up the ramp bc of the icy conditions on the path. a few people went in and asked the staff to send help. they were t

I enjoyed my time at Schwab. The physical therapist Jenny was great. Tania the occupational therapist was great. The CNA, Nurses and doctors (Dr. Lee and Dr. Surprise) were great. However and this why i am only giving 3 stars because I was sent to a skilled nursing facility, at first the social worker "June" couldn't find anywhere that fit my specific needs, and we talked about me going home. She was nice but unbearably pushy about me leaving the hospital. As much as I love Dr. Lee him not saying it was medically needed for me to have more physical therapy there at schwab was a bummer and recommended i go to a Skilled nursing home, and continue tf pt. I wouldn't be so upset right now if the place I was pushed out to wasn't such a massive piece of red flags. I was told and promised that I w

The therapy given to my father has been the best. However, this facility is under staffed with CNA especially on the weekends. If you have family who is unable to verbally communicate, I would suggest finding a facility with sufficient staffing. My dad developed 2 bed sores within 5 days of being in the facility.

I have been trying to schedule an appointment for occupational therapy for over a month now! Unbelievable each time I speak to the same woman I recognize her voice. Today she told me that it is the clinics fault that they are not faxing over my referral. The audacity. I call the clinic and the clinic reassured me they have sent it over. She then goes on to blame the clinic and say this is an ongoing problem with the clinic. Finally she added that even if they do get my referral faxed over there’s no availability until January and by then I will need a new referral because the referral will have expired by then.
