I started having heartburn about 12:30 and I didn't believe it was a heart attack cuz I take care of myself pretty well. So I tried everything in the book from charcoal to baking soda tablets to Tums threw up twice then finally for 5 hours later I go to the hospital and they take good care of me I couldn't ask for better treatment the people were excellent and they took good care of me I've never had heartburn like this ever before in my life

I have been going to this practice for a few years now and I have had nothing but good experiences. I started with Dr. Yee who I felt listened to me, heard me, and fully cared about my situation. After she went on leave for her perfect little baby, I went with Niki Fitch. Dr. Fitch has been nothing but helpful. She has been with me every step of the way with my mental health and I couldn't thank her enough. She has been amazing with my move away from the area, and is always conscious of making sure I have my medications available. She has spoken to my insurance company MANY times, and I can't thank her enough for advocating for me. The people here actually care about you and it is a huge relief.

This place is a total bandaid station, nothing more. The ED is a complete NIGHTMARE. It can take HOURS for a provider to come in. Nurses and other providers sit at their station acting as if their busy, then seem bothered when you need something for basic comfort while you wait hours upon hours. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

I took my daughter to get checked up on in the emergency room. She was in tears because of a ear ache and vomiting. The whole time we were there, you could obviously tell they were less than enthused of our presence. They didn't process the insurance for my daughter. I had to follow up and make sure they did a few days later. They didn't send over the prescription for my daughters ear ache do to an infection. At the moment she can't hear out of her right ear. Not a pleasant experience at all.

I called holiness for script refill on a Wednesday. Script wasn't at pharmacy on Monday. I called again to request Script. On Tuesday I called doctor to see if Script was sent in. NO. This is controlled substance so can only refill every 30 days. Well, doctor on vacation for another 2 weeks. Script sitting in her inbox!! Why would the nurse do this? I still don't know if I can get Script. NOT HAPPY!! A it's the day before Christmas.
