Schoolhouse Pediatrics

Disappointed with the care. Sick visits are difficult to get, and we were repeatedly directed to urgent care instead. Our concerns about our child’s worsening condition felt dismissed rather than addressed. We expected better support and communication from a pediatric practice.

Horrible phone system. I am trying to schedule my child appointment no luck it’s been a week. What am i suppose to do to get hold of them do frustrating…. I am with them just because of doctors and nurses there. But now i have to start looking any suggestion

I’m horrified at our experience here. Especially the nurse who told me my regressing daughter wasn’t sick and wouldn’t warrant a sick appt. I hung up the phone said to hell with that and we brought her to Albany med where a major surgery was performed that night. Major surgery. Glad I trusted my instincts. There’s more to the story but I’m cutting it short for the sake of people reading this. After this experience they wanted to meet with me and my husband, we were not interested. Had trouble getting my child’s medical records so the new doctor could see her. Finally husband went to the office where they handed them over. Definitely a few ROTTEN apples there especially that nurse. Glad I didn’t listen, my kid wouldn’t be here. If you’re a first time parent listen to your gut. This was i

Fabulous group of providers. We have been with them for over ten years and I highly recommend the practice to family and friends!!!

I have been going to this office since my oldest daughter was born and she is now 22. All three of my children have had amazing and very timely care through the years. I can’t say enough good things about this office. My daughters see Dr. Leary and my son sees Dr. Fecko but we have seen other providers through the years and have been very happy. I am sad that we have to leave this office now that my kids are aging out but so appreciate all the great care through the years!!
