I’m coming here as a recent new patient to say they have been amazing to deal with in every aspect. As a person who has trauma and essentially hates the dentist(sorry Doc😝), I left after my initial visit feeling calm and confident. I had been not feeling great that 1st initial visit day and they literally got me seen in record speed, since then the line of communication has been easy, it’s via text or call, they always get back to you. Everyone I dealt with has been polite and kind making it easier for me to do what I have coming tomorrow (a full mouth extraction sounds fun I know) Also my main reason for going to them was for comfort and cleanliness reasons…they are Located in beautiful schoharie county and the office is definitely elegant looking which is a whole vibe. From scheduling and reminder calls to being seen immediately when we arrived, everything was seamless. The team was incredibly flexible and accommodating for my husband, our two kids, and me to all get X-rays and cleanings together, which meant so much to us. I just love the energy of this business. I've been going for probably since they opened, I've never had a negative situation from the receptionist to the exceptional dental care. Highly recommend them and if you love old buildings it's amazing inside restoration work
