I just picked my dog up from this place. I had her boarded there for 6 days and paid almost $300. When I got here, she was covered in pee and dog shit. The lady handed her to my son and she stunk, got in the car and that's when we realized she was covering shit. We called the vet and asked why she was covered and the lady at the front desk said she didn't notice it when she went back there. She was very rude and unprofessional .So that tells me that first my dog was not taken care of or taken to the bathroom properly. When I took her there I gave her a bath to make sure she was clean. Do NOT take your pets there! I cannot stress enough do NOT take your pets to them!

The staff are very nice and care about your animals. I found a kitten and they helped me get set up with the $300 kitten package to get it checked out and set up an appointment to get it healthy. I left knowing it was a girl and $300 is a great deal for all they offer and you save $50 on the spay.

Dr. Eltsner and her team have been a Godsend to my furbaby this week with an urgent medical need Saturday, then followed up with me first thing Monday morning and accommodated him again Monday afternoon for urgent relief. She consulted with other specialists for treatment options that would best meet our needs and it has made a difference. Thank you all for your time and concern.

They were very professional and helpful with my Cooper baby,I brought all his previous vet bill's/prescriptions and let them know I had moved hours away from my previous vet.They got him the meds he needed and we're very sweet and loving to him in the process.I appreciate y'all

My little girl had to have 9 teeth removed. The Doctors and Nurses and staff at heart of Dixie are top shelf, very professional. They went far beyond my expectations and took excellent care of my dog. Would highly recommend them to anyone for their pets needs . Thanks again for your awesome care.
