Dr Strickler was literally the best listener ive ever met in my 41 years of dealings with various doctors. He was so kind patient and knowedgeable. Best bedside manner ive EVER encountered, he must be like a buddhist monk in his spare time i swear. I would give them 10 stars if i could. Andddd Kim was the absolute best and sweetest!!!

Dr. Longo is the best ophthalmologist in the tri state area! He is kind, compassionate and extremely adept in his profession. He has helped me through many issues and with ease. He always has the best advice for me and has gone above and beyond for me even on the weekend. Dr. Strickler is a wonderful doctor as well. The girls at the front especially Sarah are some of the best. These ladies have helped me many times as well and I would highly recommend this practice to anybody.

I took my wife to our local eyeglass store where she was seen by the optometrist who is very friendly and knowledgeable. She was told that glasses wouldn't help because my wife had really bad cataracts, (she couldn't see the number of fingers the optometrist put 6 in away from her!). We were recommended to go to Dr. Strickler at Schenectady eye associates and what a godsend! Dr. Strickler is truly a miracle worker! He said she was legally blind due to the cataracts, but not to worry. Dr. Strickler explained how he and his team would remove the cataracts and a friendly and reassuring manner. Dr. Brian Strickler and his team were outstanding. I am in my late 50s and my cataracts were really bad. Dr. Strickler’s team were very kind and professional always took the time to answer all my questions A+ experience. Dr. Brian did an outstanding job. I got multifocal lenses for both Eyes and I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Strickler and his practice. My surgery was a real blessing thank you Lord.

I just tried to call and make an appointment and the woman who answered the phone was very cold and condescending. She didn't even want to listen to me just kept saying dry eye get artificial tears. I haven't been there since 2018 but I am still in the system therefore she could have taken a few moments to see I have an issue with pressure build up behind my eyes but no instead she wanted to make me feel like I was an idiot who knows nothing about MY OWN CONDITION. Time to go elsewhere and find a place where the staff treats you like a human when you call to make an appointment.
