Great little pharmacy. People are friendly Usually.had a bad experience, watching Angela be nasty to a coworker. Left me feeling bad for the Young lady that was working there who was taking the verbal abuse and disrespect.

My recent pharmacy visit was outstanding. The staff’s professionalism and friendly approach made it a personalized experience. They were quick and efficient in meeting my needs, with a thoughtful touch in customizing my order. This pharmacy doesn’t just provide a service; it creates a personal connection with customers. I've been going to Schaffer's for so many years from when I was barely able to to reach the counter table going in on Saturday buying Legos hobby cars toys to also medication side complex seizure disorder I've had a seizure in store few times Mr Schaffer knew me I was usually alone nobody likes Eddie he has seizures & anxiety like cooties. I remember a bad seizure comming on I sat down as it started Everything goes all wormhole effect from star trek the 1st movie except with pain & I cry afterwards anyway I remember Mr Schaffer seeing me going into a seizure came around counter fast with a dose of my Xanax yes I was & still dont judge on a condition that differs from each individual. Mr Schaffer gave me quick dose of my meds a New Coke yuck then called my mom to come pick me up my mom neve

I absolutely love this pharmacy!!! They are so nice and helpful and remember my name when I go in. Kelly is the sweetest and goes above and beyond to help me. Kristi and Jessica are awesome as well and are really knowledgeable pharmacists and are always there to answer my questions and help in any way they can. It is so nice to go to a family pharmacy that is so personal and not a big name one where they don't know you or remember you. Iris is also very sweet and helpful. I would totally recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. The first time I called to see if my prescription was ready, the attendant told me they had a lot to do and didn’t know when it would be ready. Taken a little aback, but understanding the stress of the holiday season, I said thank you and hung up. With my medical procedure I needed the product for on the following Monday morning, I called the Friday before to check in and was told very rudely the product was ready and abruptly hung up on. When I went to pick it up, the attendant asked if I was picking up a compound. Unsure what that was as this is my first time using this product, I replied I was unsure and that all I knew was it was a numbing ointment according to my doctor. The 2 young attendants behind the counter laughed in my face and said, “Um
