The lady who answers the phones and sets the appts was very friendly, also checked my Insurance policy and called back within a matter of minutes to get me in ASAP..... I went in yesterday for an eye exam & this office by far is the best I have ever been to in the years I have been getting eye glasses. You can tell the Doctor is very passionate in what he does for a living. Also, the gentlemen who assisted me with picking out frames was a pleasure as well. He didn't make me feel rushed and made me feel certain in the frames I picked. He also explained the process of the Insurance coverage and told me the time span it would take to receive my glasses. Which in the end I left purchasing the ones through Insurance and ones that would be ready in a matter of days! Great office!

Clean office , the doctor was friendly with a good bedside manner. I hate answering is 1 better than 2 , I never know they look the same and I'm blind.... but he put the rx into a pair of glasses for me to try out and showed me how I would see the world (when my glasses are ready) so I know I chose correctly. I also cannot not make up my mind to save my life,so picking out frames was a struggle . the young dark skinned girl(I'm lowkey mad I dont remember your name )listened to what I liked and grabbed some options while the doctor checked my dilated eyes. She found the perfect pair , I love this place
