Scaramia John OD

I have two closer Costco's but drive to this location specifically to see Dr. John Scaramia. He is very Comprehensive and thorough in his approach and examination. He is focused on taking necessary steps when he sees something of concern. His concern actually help prevent a possible bad outcome for me. This doctor is never in a rush, the woman at the front desk is just doing her job. If you want warm and bubbly with mistakes best to go somewhere else.

Dr. Scaramia is exceptional! I had the same prescription for many years, but I've reached the age where I need multi-focal lenses in my glasses as well as multi-focal contacts. Dr. Scaramia worked with me to get the best contact lens combination possible. We tried one brand that wasn't great, then the doc put me in a brand of contacts that are wonderful for my dry eyes. Then we tried several lenses, 2 in the left eye and 4 in the right, to ensure I was getting the best prescription. The follow-up visits were at no charge, so it's obvious that this doctor truly cares about his patients and what is best for them. Beyond his infinite patience, Dr. Scaramia is also kind, friendly, and terrific at explaining his process. I highly recommend Dr. Scaramia.

They are not professionals, don't waste your time. They send us messages all week to confirm the appointment and the secretary calls us at the last minute to ask me to wait an hour and a half more because she has to attend to someone who changed their appointment at the last minute. This place is a joke.

I agree with the rest of the reviews. Unprofessional and rude. Bad reflection on Costco. especially the secretary Theresa.

Been going here for years. Dr Scaramia is great. Friendly, helpful, and thorough. I’ve always felt well taken care of. Thank you
