I cant recommend Stephanie enough! I first came to her for Pelvic floor PT. I felt heard, supported and completely at ease from first visit. She takes the time to explain everything in a way the makes sense and is so professional and compassionate. Ive seen major improvement. Sleeping through the night again. Not getting up 2-3 times. The entire experience has been great. Now I see her once month for maintenance and a little private pilates which I love!!! Thanks Stephanie!!!

Stephanie is wonderful. She is kind, accepting and very knowledgeable! I saw her for 6 months for hip pain and core weakness, at 9 years postpartum. I learned how to fix my issues and got stronger, and left with the tools to move forward in life and exercise with confidence and proper form. I completely recommend meeting with her if you have any concerns!!

I highly recommend Stephanie’s PT services. She helped me tremendously with weak pelvic floor muscles which was affecting my ability to run without incontinence issues. I was able to successfully complete my first marathon and had no issues. Again, thank you so much Stephanie for all of your help.

I have worked with Stephanie twice during different challenging periods. The best “cut to the chase” review I can give is “run and don’t walk” to see her for Physical Therapy! If you haven’t seen her list of credentials, you’ll understand why. Her credentials for working with women are absolutely superb and gold standard, but I am also particularly impressed with her knowledge and hands on rehabilitation skills of any part of the body. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I absolutely loved working with Stephanie. She is incredibly knowledgeable and does a fantastic job. Before having my baby, I competed in triathlons. I went to her both pre- and postpartum for pelvic pain and for healing due to tearing and prolapse during birth. I’m now 11 months postpartum and back to all of my pre-baby activities including running, which I was not sure would happen. I will absolutely be seeing her again with my next pregnancy.
