The entire team goes above and beyond to help navigate insurance, answer questions, and make sure you’re taken care of the right way. What stands out most is the personal touch. They genuinely care about the people they serve and the community we live in. You can tell they take pride in doing the right thing and making sure every customer feels supported. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism with such genuine care. I’m so grateful to have them in our community. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough how much I appreciate JJ and the crew of people at Hometown Pharmacy (Sawer Street). They have a great sense of humor( which I love and have myself), a ton of knowledge and know how to listen to their customers. I highly recommend them, and trust them for my medication needs! ❤️

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy. My son needed a prescription that required prior authorization, and it turned into almost a month long process. I had to do some chasing with the provider, which was stressful, but the pharmacy stayed on top of everything on their end and kept me in the loop the whole time. As a parent, that kind of communication and consistency matters more than anything. They were patient, kind, and truly went to bat for my son. A special thank you to Amber and JJ, who worked with me the most throughout this process. In a system that can feel overwhelming and impersonal, their advocacy, compassion, and personal touch truly go a long way. I’m incredibly grateful for them.
